Since we started Caring for Others, our highest imperative has been to recruit not just highly skilled and compassionate professionals but also highly competent and kind human beings with a heart of gold. For those with the calling but not necessarily the experience, we provide comprehensive, hands-on, and paid training—complete with professional certifications. We've created a genuine work-family by investing in our Caregivers and showing them the same love and support they give Clients.

About Our Family-Focused Care
In 2007, we opened our first in-home care location in Astoria, Oregon—a move that set into motion a decades-long mission to provide affordable, life-embracing care to aging and disabled adults. Today, we’ve grown into numerous locations and over 500 employees throughout Oregon. Despite this growth, our mission has remained the same: to elevate in-home care and make all Clients feel loved, respected, and supported.
